Receipt Notes: Kaia FIT Level 4: Continuing Ed Advanced Skills is a virtual course comprised of Movement Alignment and Safety, Getting Safely Inverted and Movement Efficiency Review. This course is designed for coaches who have completed Level 1 and Level 2 and have a skill-base to begin instructing advanced athletes 1-1.
